Having built a reputable preserve business with fiercely loyal customers, our ‘back to basics’ approach has served us well.

Our jams, chutneys, marmalades, and relishes are all traditionally made in our Yorkshire kitchen.

We supply our county’s well known foodie outlets and we’re proud to also fly the flag for Yorkshire in London, serving the great and glorious of the capital. Throughout this, we continue to cook every batch by hand; the positive praise for the freshness and quality of our products is welcome appreciation for the artisan cooking methods we adopt.

Until now our products have been kept almost elusive for a very good reason; we’ve been creating a solid product range and a passionate team of ‘jammers’, and now we’re confident we’ve got the recipe for success.

Our company mission is to awaken the high-end market of food halls and hotels to the power of quality handmade produce. Often forgotten, preserves are big part of five star breakfasts and afternoon teas, taking guests back to ‘just how Gran used to make it’ in a small but intimate moment.

Julia and Hannah are both Yorkshire born and bred and have a hard-working attitude embedded in them. A well-suited pair, Julia’s 30 years’ experience in baking and preserve cooking makes her an exceptional creator of new recipes. Hannah’s customer service background is an important asset for the business and ensures Fruity Kitchen maintains a loyal following of regular customers.

Fruity Kitchen is now reaching new heights and the growing team has inherited Julia and Hannah’s infectious enthusiasm and passion for handmade quality and first class service.
